<Job Responsibilities>
• Registration work of shipping schedule to the internal system
• Registration of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL) to the internal system
• Other Supporting work for transportation and shipping matter (Vessel Booking, HS code confirmation, Check the certificate of origin, etc.)
• Manage, co-ordinate and participate in the daily shipping/logistics activities.
• Manage, plan and organize daily shipping/logistics activities and sure shipment shipped as per schedule.
• Attend to all matters pertaining to shipping and logistic issues.

- Age: 20s
- Gender: Any
- Language skill: English Business (Verbal and Written Communication Skill)
• Computer skills
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Having in shipping / warehouse related management export process experiences
• Ability to multitasks and effectively prioritizes workloads
• Having basic knowledge of trading and work experience (not requires having such high expertise)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having Business level in Japanese is big advantage
