<Job Responsibilities>
1. (20%) Administrative
- Planning and Execution: Working with marketing/branding/sales team to develop and execute marketing and sales plan for territory.
- Reporting: Monthly quantitative reports on territory sales data. Participation in quarterly and annual data analysis meetings.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining accurate logs and data. Following-up regularly on prospects and leads.
- Distribution Logistics: Work with distributor and relevant transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of product to accounts.
- Managing and meeting key performance indicators and deadlines.
2. (40%) Accounts Management
- Trade Visits: Regular visits to on-trade and off-trade accounts to maintain and build relationships. Ensure proper brand presentation at account (shelf presentation, menu presentation, etc). Creation of raw photo and video content for social media of product on shelves, menus, drinks, and bar / retail atmosphere.
- Sales Value-add: Work accounts on opportunities to grow brand volume and depletions. Activities include recipe development, event planning, point-of-sales material development, etc.
3. (15%) Brand Education
- Trade and Industry Education: Plan and host education sessions for trade and industry professionals to education on brand and product applications.
- Consumer Tastings: Plan and host education and tasting sessions for consumers at off-trade (retail) accounts.
4. (25%) Events and Customer Interaction
- Event Planning: Plan and execute brand events at off-trade, on-trade, and other settings (e.g. private events). Includes budget management, logistics, content creation, and reporting.
- Customer Interaction: Be principal brand representative at events. Ensure brand presentation meets guidelines.
- Feedback: Be proactive in receiving and responding to customer feedback
- Content Creation: Creation of raw photo and video content for social media of brand and product in events setting / lifestyle setting.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College Diploma and above
・Language: English - Intermediate Level
・Experience:
- At least 1 year of Sales working experience in Vietnam Food and Beverage industry.
- Familiarity with wine and cocktails
- Self-motivated and proficient in CRM systems and time management
・Ability to travel and work at evenings
<Personalities>:
- Strong oral presentation skills and sales ability
