<Job Responsibilities>
●Ratio of work immediately after joining the company: around 50% Sales & 50% customer support
- Taking Japanese customers to Service apartment/ Condominium/ Office.
- Contacting with Japanese customers via email/ phone in Japanese.
- Troubleshooting for Japanese customers.
- Making good relationship with owners.
- Issuing the contract in English.
- in the future, can deal with offices project and new other project
- In rare cases, the customers may ask for support after work or on holidays.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Qualification: College or Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level (N2)
& English Business Level (can communication, take care contract & work by Email,
Mainly use for communicate with Japanese client )
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 27-35
・Have 1-2years working experience in Japanese company
・Be interested in Sales position.
・Having motivation for work with Japanese
・Hope to grow up Japanese language skill.
・Those who have children but can handle customers are welcome
・Can work long term & Having hospitality

- Working experience of in healthcare, hotels and restaurants (Service industry)
- Knowledge of service industry
