Japanese Speaking - Production Leader ‐ Machine Parts

<Job Responsibilities>
‐ Instruct subordinates in machining center operation
- Manage production area according to the production plan with the Japanese Director
- Manage manufacturing field and improve and maximize productivity from existing equipment and available manpower
- Control and evaluate to manufacturing organization
- Analyze and Implement new plans to ensure better results following the quality standards
- Report to the Japanese Director all results such as production results and product quality
- Other related tasks assigned by the Japanese Director

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 35
・Education: Not required
・Language: Japanese Conversational level
・Experience:
- Having 5 years of experience in the Metal Processing Industry
‐ Be able to use the Machining center (Machine for processing)
- Be familiar with the use of a machining center and be able to create and modify programs while viewing drawings
- Experience in quality improvement/equipment improvement
・Be able to go to the factory by yourself (No company bus)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having Japanese language certification (N2 or N3)
・At least 2 years of management experience (As a manager or leader)
