<Job Responsibilities>
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
- Ensure the timely sending of all monthly financial statements of Clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the firm.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
- Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
- Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
- Support Managing Director with special projects and workflow process improvements.

・Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Accounting / Finance.
・Language Skills: English - Business Level.
・Experiences:
- At least 5 years of experience in the accounting and tax service field (with 3 years in managerial position)
- Working experience in international accounting and tax services firms (Big 4) is preferable.
- CPA, CPTA, APC certification is preferable.
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel.
