<Job Responsibilities>
- Check payment requests for Local/ Oversea vendors/ Employees that comply with regulations and company processes and record them to Accounting Software
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
- Bank account reconciliation
- Preparing Social/ Health/ Unemployment insurance declarations;
- Preparing a list of output and input VAT invoices
- Issuing output VAT invoice
- Maintain the filling system
- Other tasks assigned by managers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting, Auditing
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in accounting position for Japanese companies
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Can use Japanese
