JOB DUTIES
- Expand Market growth and increase Customer 
Main Tasks:
- Finding land or Site or Property to construct building
- Making connection with real estate company, industrial zone
- Supporting Sales Manager in Sales issue.
- Supporting existing company
- Summarize the information about industrial zone, land, Site
- Introduce site for the client who is thinking to make a factory
- Make and prepare document for tender
- Apply the relevant government office to get permission of construction 
- Interpret and translate tendering documents from Vietnamese to Japanese.
- Attending Japanese who want to inspect industrial zone


JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree 
- Language Skills: Japanese business level (N2 and More)
- Having experienced in Sale 
              
- Desirable Character:
- Gender: Any 
- Age: until 30’s
- Have Leader experience
- Language Skills: English business level
- Having experience in Construction or Real estate company will be preferable
