Selection Process: Two rounds/ General Director, HR staff and Engineer (face-to-face)

Job Description
Report to Japanese Sales Manager
Assigned to Sales Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Understand sales strategy, methods, and target sales amount.
-Develop and maintain good relationship with existing accounts while developing new account.
-Actively communicate and visit several customers and maximize the sales amount to each account.
-Try to find new customers. Make appointments and visit a lot of potential customers.
-Secure new business and provide good after sales service
-Keep abreast of market trends and developments in order to execute effective sales strategies.
-Prepare and submit sales reports.

Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Language Skills:English Proficient
-Gender: Any
-Age: Under 40
-Experience: worked in same field at least one year
Preferable Requirements
-Language Skills:Japanese Conversational
-Experience: worked in Japanese company
Desirable Character:
-Personality: Diligent, honesty, accurate, punctual, enthusiastic
