Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Section Manager
Job Responsibilities:
-Work closely with Promoter leader, merchandisers and store managers to understand market trends, competitor landscape and provide business solution under product and marketing perspective.
-Training Promoters on products frequently to ensure they have enough knowledge and skills to convince customers.
-Initiate and coordinate with Sales team to hit monthly sell out target and support sales in different channels.
-Actively to find strategic vendor to provide services and executing Marketing activities to increase sell-out result.

Requirements
Essential Requirements
-Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills:English Proficient
-Gender: Any
-Age: Under 39
-Experience: worked as Sales, Trade Marketing development in FMCG or Electronic industry at least two years
Preferable Requirements
Data analysis and planning skill.
-Have knowledge about the industry or IT.
-Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
-Strong leadership skills.
Desirable Character:
-Have a sales oriented mind-set
-Be proactive, innovative and responsive with a sense of urgency for business.
-Be quick-leaner and quick adaptable to changes.
