Sales Staff in Bac Ninh -mechanical parts

- Report to 1 Vietnamese Sales Leader ( Female, 28y ) and 1 Japanese Sales Manager (30’s Male), team with 1 Vietnamese Sales staff
- Assigned to Mold Components Department

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain current clients and strengthen the relationship with them
- Visit customers face to face to develop market for Mold Standard in North of Vietnam.
- Responsibility for sales target each month and related sales projects.
- Work independently and provide appropriate sales strategy to extend market.
- Protect current market share by coordinating with colleagues of other divisions to bring best, fastest service to customers.
- Responsible for account retention of new customers to achieve monthly target.
- Maintain up-to-date database of customers.
- Responsibility for some tasks related to sales systems.

Essential Requirements
- Gender:Any
- Age: 25-30 years old
- Bachelor graduated
- Have Experience in sales or sales engineer
- English business level
- Be quick learner in technical knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Powerpoint
- Target driven and customer-centered / Good team player
- Able to work independently
- Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills
- Pleasant and well-trained in telephone etiquette
- Good negotiation skill in order to beat the competitor in this market.

Preferable Requirements
- Experience in related industry (Injection/ Resin/ Tooling/ Mechanical / Manufacturing)
- Working Experienced in Corporate sales
