Sales Director- Services

<Job Responsibilities>
- Corporate contract proposals for Japanese companies
- Propose of accommodation plans and various events for travel agencies
* Since travel agencies are mainly located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, they will have business trip.
- Attract and gather new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals. This will consist of Telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and Written communication
-Preparing correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance
-Participate in daily RevMax meeting, Sales Strategy meeting, Pre-Convention meetings, Training and other Sales-related meetings as required
-Plan and prepare Sales budget
-Work with other departments within the Hotel to provide quality service to customers
-Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings
- Customer management after contract
- Japanese market analysis forecast, sales strategy assembly, report creation
- Member development
- Guests and VIP support depending on the situation

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30-45 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education:Bachelor degree(Hotel Management prefferred)
・Language: Good at writing and communication in English
・2-3 years experience on the same position of Hotel & Resort(International brand is preferable) or Hotel Manager in Local hotel or Working as a sales manager in Travel Agency
・Excellent skills in customer service and public relations
・Leadership and well organized
・Experience in team management

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Hotel in Foreign country
・Working in 5 star hotel
・Graduate from hotel or tourism related diploma
