<Office Structure>
Is divided into 2 groups:
(1) Invest Banker Department: Has 3 people:
- Head Department
- 2 other Director Assistants
(2) Back Office Department: Has 1 Director + other staff
***This position will be Secretary for the Head Department of group (1) and will join the Back Office Dept.***

<Job Responsibilities>
・In charge of Interpreting tasks between Japanese - Vietnamese for head of the company
・Communicate with people from Vietnamese Government, head of Vietnamese companies
・Communicate with other secretaries from other companies (under same group) in Singapore, Hong Kong,...to make plan (prepare cars, prepare documents, visa,...) and schedule for the Head Department's business trip.
・Communicate with company's headquarter in Japan.

***If candidate have Investment Banking knowledge/experience, company can promote him/her to become Investment Banking Assistant ***


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree and above
・Age: Around 25-35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: Japanese Business Level + English Business skill
・Experience:
- Experience in Translating/Interpreting
- Experience in working as assistant/secretary
- Experience working in Japanese companies

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have knowledge in Investment banking.

<Schedule>
Company will arrange when have suitable candidates.
