<Products: As an agency of Mitsubishi Materials Production, this company supplies machining tools, cutters, drills, end mills, inserts, gear cutters, turning tools used in making machines>
<Clients: Machine manufacturing companies (60% Japanese companies and 40% Local companies) >
<Saturday Working: 1 time a month (first Saturday of month) >
<Job Responsibilities>
1. New customer development:
- Call to find new clients and visit clients.
- Go to machine exhibition to connect with new clients.
- This position can keep the clients for themselves when they get new clients.
2. Sales activity:
- Propose and sell industrial tools as an agent of Mitsubishi Materials.
- Conduct market research, analyze the market’s potential, track sales process and status.
- Report to Manager and do other tasks assigned by Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree and above
・Age: 24 - 35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: One of the below:
- English conversational level (for internal communication)
- Japanese conversational level (for communicating with Japanese Director)
・Experience:
- Have at least 2 years experience as Sales / Sales Engineer / Mechanical maintenance staff in either:
1. Tool related industry (Tool manufacturing, machine parts manufacturing, automobile parts manufacturing...)
2. Trading companies (With trade products such as: tools used in machine making, machine parts, automobile parts...)
- Have knowledge about industrial tools and machine industry

・People who have strong new business developing sense and have strong passion for sales work.
・Character: Active, Enthusiastic, Bright and Honest.
・People who can work for long term and have knowledge of Japanese working style and culture.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have working experience in Japanese companies
<Schedule>
・ Interview times : 2 rounds
- 1st round: Japanese Director + Vietnamese Sales Manager
- 2nd round: Japanese Director
・ No test
・Interview way: Face to face
・Interview language:
- For English speaking candidates -> Interview in English
- For Japanese speaking candidates -> Interview in Japanese
