Chinese/English Speaking - Sales Staff - Manufacturing

<Products: Structural and functional parts for various products such as office & factory automation, audio & visual, telecommunication & information and automobile equipment >
<Clients: Japanese companies, Korean Companies >
<Saturday Working: every other Saturday >

<Job Responsibilities>
Client in charge: Japanese, Vietnamese, Taiwanese... companies in Hai Phong area
・30% develop new clients
・70% maintain relationship with current clients.
・Perform sales activities (requires going to the clients in Hanoi and in Hai Phong mainly)
・Business negotiation
・Respond to troubles arising from clients.
・Maintain orders and deliveries according to the schedule.
・Make quotation and related documents.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 23 - 26 years old
・Language: Need both below:
- Chinese conversational level (for communicating with client)
- English business level (for communicating with client and internally)
・Experience:
At least 1 year working experience in any position, any industry.
・Must live in Hai Phong or candidate who can commute by themselves to Hai Phong.

<Personality>
・Who want to work in Japanese company.
・A tough person

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Those who have worked in a Japanese companies.
・Those who understand the culture of Japanese companies.

<Schedule>
・Interview round: 2 times
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Japanese Department Manager (Face to face)
- 2nd round: Japanese Director + Japanese Department Manager (Face to face)
・Test: No
・Interview language: Mainly English and Chinese
