<Job Responsibilities>
Overall general affairs tasks such as:
・Managing paper work such as: issuing invoice, making contract, delivery notes, online bank remittance procedure.
・Documents related to the process of:
Importing products from Japan → This trading company → The other company in the same group.
・Supporting tasks to Japanese person.
・This position will be in charge of working with the Headquarter in Japan
・Requires trips going to the warehouse in To Vinh Dien.
・Other tasks as assigned such as: Making internal documents (for internal meetings), managing the devices, support visiting clients, calculate expenses in the office.
・No work of managing employee's attendance and calculate salary.
・Working location: 70% of the time working in the office.
- There might be some going out needed to the Warehouse, Bank, Post Office,... at the end of the month.
- This position does not require going on business trips. Should there be any then mainly to HCMC.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Any
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 45 years old
・Language: Japanese Business Level (equivalent to N2, mainly used for internal communication: writing emails, documents, calling activity to the Headquarter in Japan)
・Experience
- Have at least 3 years working at positions related to Import/export procedures, inventory management, purchasing.
- Have worked in Japanese companies before, can understand the Japanese companies business style.
・Skills:
Good at MS Office (Excel, Word) for creating documents, tables, inputting numbers, calculating
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience working at GA positions
・Have accounting knowledge.
・Work long term

Female should already be married and have kids.

・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Japanese person in the Hanoi office + Vietnamese Staff (face-to-face)
- 2nd round: Japanese Director from the Headquarter・Japanese GA (Online) from the Headquarter.
・Test: No
・Interview language: Japanese (maybe some Vietnamese)
