Inventory Control Staff - Retail

<Job Responsibilities>
・Create the best plan of product range, store layout, allocation timing and quantity of products to maximize each store's sales and profit.
・Confirm the sales by store and product, and order the missing items from the company's warehouse to the store. Do not disappoint customers due to missing items.
・Train store manager and store staff on our inventory management system. ・Collaborate with other departments such as store operation, merchandising planning, logistics and in-store merchandising to Achieve the company's goal as one team.

<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : Every Friday
- How many round interview : 2-3 times
- Expect joining day : In Nov

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Qualification: Bachelor degree
・Language Skills: English Upper Business level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Having working experience as a Inventory Control at least 3 years in Retail company
・Having knowledge Math and analytical skills, and relevant computer software including Excel.
・Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines

<Preferable experience/skills>
・Sensitivity to working with a different culture and the communication skills.
・Those who are motivated to challenge new things and aims for manager candidate in the future.
・Strong passion in fashion
・Ability to conduct research and analyze data
