Site Nurse - Y Tá Công Trường - Construction

<Job Responsibilities>
- To implement, maintain established HSE Management Plan & Procedures.
- To propose the health management plan in compliance with Vietnam Law, and Regulations.
- To provide necessary training related to First Aid.
- To train designated staff to be First Aiders.
- To manage and maintain First Aid Room including relevant facilities to ensure its preparedness to deal with any emergency and/or accident situation.
- To organize necessary programs to propagandize topic on health care, and occupational diseases prevention for employees.
- To propose the method to check and ensure health condition of employees is adequate for site work, working at height, etc.
- To be in charge of implementing the HIV/AIDS Prevention Programme.
- Trepare necessary reports related to health & safety issues.
- To handle emergency situations effectively.
- To provide health counseling to employees.
- Other tasks as instructed by HSE Manager.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education background: Medical qualifications including Doctor / Doctor of Preventive Medicine / Bachelor of Nursing, Physician / Intermediate-level nurse/midwife;
・Language: English - Business level
・Experiences and Skills: Around 5 years of working experience as a Nurse (highly preferred working for construction projects or factories)
・Have knowledge of the local Vietnam law system, regulations, and standards for health & safety management.
・Have occupational health certificate.
・Holds a nursing practice certificate.
・Good in using MS Office.
