<Job Responsibilities>
- Performs general personnel-related work.
- Building a salary system such as salaries (including bonuses) and allowances at each organization level
- Proposal and formulation of employee evaluation method (system).
- Formulation of personnel recruitment plans with each department, as well as recruitment and recruitment activities for actual employees.
- Proposing and promoting employee benefits programs.
- Propose and develop training and coaching programs for employees.
- Analyze HR-related costs and propose solutions to maximize corporate performance while minimizing costs.
- Management and purchase of in-house equipment
- Preparation of labor regulations
- VISA / work permit procedures for foreign workers, etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age : over 30y
・Gender : Any
・Bachelor Degree
・Language :Business in English
・Having more than 5y experience in HR position in any industry
・At least having 2y experience as Manager or same level position
・Having a wide range of knowledge in the personnel field such as labor law / work regulations.
・Having experience in making company regulations
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having HR Manager experience in the company, 300-600 staff level
・Have good communication skill
・Strong leader ship
・Having experience in start up company
