Sales Coordinator- Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>

Support to the sales team as coordinator. Contribute to the company's sales growth and is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Provide support for the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries from ZALO, company e-mail, and company site in a timely manner
• Liaise with appropriate departments to answer distributors and customers on lead times, technical questions, complaints, sales channels, and general questions.
• Respond to delivery inquiries by order confirmation.
• Generate forecasts for significant distributors.
• Purchase order data entry.
• Liaison with HQ for shipping and delivery arrangements.
• Generate Invoice.
• In order to understand sales activity, you are going to join sales meetings with clients.
• Research new markets, and new industries to know the size of the company and the kinds of business


<Requirements>
・Education: Bachelor or above
・Age: 22-29
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Business level.
・Experience:
- At least 1 of working experience in sales support/trading position in manufacturing industry.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome(Need to have a bachelor's degree related to business, logistics/trading, mechanical.
- Able to multi-task and have the initiative to get jobs done.
- Candidate must be self-motivated.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn new things and adapt to multi-culture.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・A caring person who can make suggestions to support the customer's needs and support the sales team.
・Understanding basic INCO terms would be an advantage.
・Have working experience in a Japanese company
・Academic Qualification: Min. Diploma in Business, Logistics, Communications, or related fields.
