<Job Responsibilities>
They will start a new business of selling products using EC., This position will manage website and e-commerce sales
• Supporting and managing the growth of online business for the company's e-commerce platform & social media accounts.
• Manage and overview of posting and listing of products online - help out as and when required.
• Introducing new products to the site. Post product photos, product details, prices, etc. correctly on the web page.
• Meticulous, strong business sense, eye for graphics & positive-minded on design posting banners.
• Bold in trying new ideas that can bring in more profitable online sales/traffic.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Result orientated and exercise team spirit.
• Highly motivated with minimum supervision
Translation:
• Translation of website information and SNS information.(From Engulish to Vietnamese)
Sales & Orders:
• Handle ERP System
• Process daily sales orders
• Handle day-to-day activity and operations
• Liaise with store/warehouse on delivery arrangements for confirmed orders
• Customer Service
Handle Customer's Enquiries and Complaints
• Social Media: Facebook & Instagram
• Marketplace Chat
• Email
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25 ~ 40
・Gender: Only Female
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 2 years' experience in EC work.
・Having experience in any type of famous e-commerce platform
・100% open-minded, positive
・Understanding of basic HTML, and CSS.
・Skills Required: Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table), Microsoft Word, or any added skills related
・Technical Skill:
- Knowledge of design banners skills (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
- Knowledge of Video Editing (Adobe Premium/CapCut/iPhone)
