Job description:
Conduct internal quality enhancement activities to ensure we achieve the goal of reducing external customers.
Improve the reporting time of corrective actions.
Continue monitoring/ follow-up on in-process audits, supplier audits, and ensure that identified gaps are closed within the committed timeline.
Periodically review Non-Conformance reports.
Conduct/Implement effective Non-Conformance reports across all critical process steps.
Act as a key member and participant in the quality issue system team.
Conduct specific activities/Process optimization.
Ensure alignment and promote gap closure for FMEA and Control Plans.
Continue monitoring/ follow-up on defect detection and prevention activities to ensure corrective measures are effectively implemented/non-reoccurring.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Quality or related major.
At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality management.
Good command in Japanese, prefer know more about English.
Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.
Good at the office computer.
Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
Candidates residing in Dong Nai and surrounding areas.
Company information:
Working in Long Duc Industrial Park.
Working days: Monday - Friday (7:45 am - 4:30 pm, 45' lunch break)
Shuttle bus: 4 routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, and Ba Ria)
13-Month salary + bonus 2 times per year.
