Construction Manager - Construction

<Products: Design, Supervision and Construction of Electrical Facility, Air Conditioning Facility, Plumbing & Sanitary Facility, Fire Protection Facility and Installation of machine and equipment >
<Clients: Mainly Japanese companies, Japanese general constructor, Japanese factories.>
<Saturday Working: Every other full Saturday - Can schedule to half Saturday based on situation>

<Job Responsibilities>
This position in the company is titled as a Manager who is in charge of overall tasks in the company.
・In charge of sales task mainly to Japanese general constructor and Japanese factories.
- Find and connect with new clients.
- Maintain relationship with current clients.
- Visit clients with Japanese General Director.
- Respond to client's request about electrical system, air system, water system, fire protection system.
・Manage and make sure the construction project speed is as scheduled.
・Manage members at construction site.
・Manage office members.
・Support Japanese General Director.
This position have promoting chance to be General Manager in the future.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree and above in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or related majors.
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-50 years old.
・Language: English business level (for internal communication)
・Experience: Either
- Have at least 5 years working at project/construction management position in construction companies.
- Have Sales experience with Technical knowledge OR have experience working with clients (such as sales or service engineer position...)
- Have experience working in Japanese companies.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have Japanese language
・Have experience working in start up companies
