Japanese Speaking - Accountant cum HR Staff - Construction

<Products: Design, Supervision and Construction of Electrical Facility, Air Conditioning Facility, Plumbing & Sanitary Facility, Fire Protection Facility and Installation of machine and equipment >
<Clients: Mainly Japanese companies, Japanese general constructor, Japanese factories.>
<Saturday Working: Every other full Saturday - Can schedule to half Saturday based on situation>

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Accounting:
・Manage general account tasks.
・Prepare tax report according to Vietnamese law
・Arrange salary (salary, tax, social insurance)
・Collect cost information and keep track of expense database

2. HR cum General Affairs:
・Recruiting and training new staff.
・Process with employee's documents: Visa, work permit support.
・Payroll calculation, social insurance calculation.
・In charge of office's general tasks, including purchasing tasks for the newly established office.
・Support the establishment of the office: Follow and understand the process of establishing new office and prepare documents related to the establishment of the office.
*Labor and other company's rule is helped by a consulting company*
・Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree and above
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 25-45 years old.
・Language: English business level (for internal communication) and Japanese conversational level
・Experience:
- Have at least 3 years working as Accountant and HR, general affairs in any industry.
- Have experience working in Japanese companies.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have Japanese language
・Have management skill
・Have experience working in start up companies
