Chief Accountant - Kế Toán Trưởng - Medical Equipment

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Perform bookkeeping in compliance with accounting law and relevant regulations including entering all transactions to accounting software (MISA) based on journal entries, sale invoices, supplier invoices, bank payments/receipts, etc
2. Manage and maintain Account Receivables (AR) and Account Payables (AP) including issue VAT invoices, handling customer receipts, prepare payment to suppliers/vendors, monitor AR and AP ageing
3. Maintain full set of accounts and prepare financial reports
4. Perform month-end/year-end closing and prepare financial schedules (fixed asset register, bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation, prepayments, accruals, inventory list & reconciliation)
5. Handling staff payroll, social insurance, and health insurance formalities for local staff
6. Submit insurance, VAT/WHT/CIT tax reports quarterly/yearly and liaise with tax authorities for any compliance matters
7. Be responsible for annual audit including liaise with auditor for audit queries
8. Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly internal reports as requested by the Management/HQ
9. Advice the Management on relevant legal matters in terms of accounting, taxation, and finance.
10. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management/HQ

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education background: Bachelor Degree & having Chief Accountant certificate
・Language skills: English - Business Level
・Experience:
+ Having at least 3 years experience as Chief Accountant for Medical Equipment industry
+ Good experience in MISA, or any other accounting/ERP software is a must
+ Familiar with financial reporting standards, tax and accounting policies and procedures in Vietnam
